How do I resolve my Shopify payment issue?

Help advice!!!
Support hasn’t responded for almost 2 weeks.
The problem is that I can’t download the utility bill
Tried 3 different

and now write to (contact support)
in the support chat they always answer the same thing that the Merchant Verification team is very busy
I do not know what to do

Could you also advise where you’re located? The reason I ask is, if you’re unable to obtain a utility bill for your business, there are additional documents you can upload to aid in the verification process for Shopify Payments.

For example, you could upload a government-issued letter, a statement from a financial institution or a bank statement. Once you’ve advised us of the location, I can provide additional documents that are generally accepted verification documents for Shopify Payments.
