Hello there Shopify team. I paused my online store for some times and now I want to restart and give it a go one more time. I went to the settings and change the plan and clicked start May be 15 days ago. Now I have been charged full fee twice( one for last month and one for this month) bug my online store is not working. If someone goes to my domain link it shows our store is temporarily closed.
how can I make if work again please.

As for this matter, are you able to share your URL so we can see what you are seeing on your end?
More importantly however, I recommend you reach out to our live support team as they can open up the back end of your account as well as your billing to explain what is going on as well as the charges you are seeing on your end.

I was able to visit the URL you shared and it led me to the password page of your website so the website/account is active as well as the domain you have listed.
If you’re still putting in the final touches before you make it public to your customers, that is totally understandable but if your inquiry is regarding making the site public already, I have attached this link that instructs you to remove that password page.
