How do I update the email 'send' address for Shopify Marketing emails?

Hello,

I have my email properly setup and verified in my Shopify account. However, when I use the Shopify Email Campaigns, the following email address is used/showing in the ‘send’ category: store+87286284610@m.shopifyemail.com

How do I get that to show my email?
