Why can't I send marketing emails after the recent update?

Hi, I’m really struggling with trying to update the settings I need to be able to end marketing emails. I know there was an update on February 1st, I thought I did everything I needed to but I guess not because my emails are still not sending. Can someone please break it down and explain how I can make it so I can send marketing emails again? I don’t have a domain provider, everything is through Shopify solely.
