How do you make collection selection in the search bar?

Hey,

So I’ve got a shopify website and I want the search bar to have the option of also selecting a category. I have attached an example of what type of search I’m looking to add. I inspected the website on Chrome but I’m not all that familiar with coding in HTML. Is there any way that I can add this feature myself? If so, please help.

Hi @jakobkold1 ,

I have checked and found that the given reference site has done custom coding for the search bar. They have added the collection dropdown in the search bar form. When someone enters the product name it will show the search results. So it is totally based on custom coding.
