I have tried and tried the help center and I cannot get through to anyone on chat, find a phone number and this is an account specific question that isn’t general help I could get in the forum. I am SOOOOOOOO very frustrated!

Are you running into any specific error message, when attempting to contact our live support team via the Help Center? If so, to rule out any potential browser caching issues on your end, I recommend starting with the steps below to see if it’ll help:
- Try to visit the Help Center via an incognito window.
- Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache prior to accessing the Help Center again.
- You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try via Chrome or Firefox.
- You can also try to use another device.
If you’re still having trouble after following the instructions above, you can try using this link to contact our live support team, but make sure that you’re completely logged out of your account in the Help Center before accessing the link. If you’re logged out, you should be presented with a page that looks like the below:
You’ll need to click on the Can’t log in to your Shopify account option on that page, and from there you’ll need to select the I still can’t access my account option on the next page:
After that, you can scroll down on the page it’ll take you to, where you’ll be able to see the Get support heading with an option to get in touch with our live support team:
Our live support team will be able to further assist from there, but please note that they may be required to authenticate you against the correct store before offering any account-specific help.
