How does Shopify <-> Amazon MCF Refund work? TOCS/Policy

Hi All!

Hope there is someone can help out here. It is the first time that we are using Shopify and Amazon MCF. I had a question about the the Amazon MCF integration and there wasn’t much info on Amazon’s fulfillment page. We currently don’t have our own warehouse and using Amazon FBA to fulfill the orders.

2 Questions based on this

    1. Return Location: Do we just let them to drop this off an Amazon location? Is it the same deal as per returning a product to Amazon?
    1. Do we receive a ping on amazon FBA when the product is returned?

Also very curious about this, are returns even accepted?
