These are essentially product variants (although they have either used an app or custom code to create this specific example) so what you would do is create a variant and name it something like “Select Option:” then add 3 variants of the product:
NAME: Single PRICE: $55
NAME: Twin Pack (Save 20%) PRICE: $85
NAME Family Pack Of 4 (Save 35%) PRICE: $135
It would then display similar to above. You could also set up a discount which is automatically applied based on quantity but it wouldn’t show like that. Hope that helps!
You can create seperate variants in a product for this with price and compare at price in it.

However, if you’d like to allow volume discount and for it to look as in your example, I suggest looking at apps like Wide Bundles or Kaching Bundle.
