Thank you for sharing the screenshot showing the URL you are seeing. I tested this in my own store and was able to see my custom domain URL in that field instead.
In your store admin under your domain settings, is your myshopify URL still set as your primary domain? If yes, please update the primary domain for your store. If your new domain is set as the primary, please do a full browser cache and cookie clear to see if that resolves it. If it doesn’t, the next step will be to reach out to our live support team so that it can be escalated for a closer look!
