How to change Billing email address

Hi, how can I change the billing email address?

I want to change Just the billing email address. I need my store email to be different than my billing.

this is so that my accounting department will get only the relevant emails.

To change just the billing email address:

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Billing.

  2. Under Billing profile, look for Billing address.

  3. Enter the email address of your accounting department.

  4. Click Save.

Hey @nadav.sofer ! Here’s how you can change just the billing email in Shopify:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin.

  2. Click on Settings > Billing.

  3. Under the Billing information section, you’ll see an option to edit the billing email.

  4. Change it to your accounting team’s email and hit Save.

This will make sure only billing-related emails (invoices, payment confirmations, etc.) go to that address, your main store notifications will stay unchanged.

Hi, I might be blind because I don’t see that as an option in Billing information… All I see is Payment methods, Currency, and physical Address.

Is it something that isn’t available for all tiers?

Could you attach an image?

I have the same issue. I don’t see any email option? How do i change or add a new email id just for Billing.
