Hi!
I have created a custom product template and i need this template to be the default template for every new product. So instead of having to manually select this template every single time for every product i create, it would be great if this template could be set as default automaticly.
Any ideas how to do this?

I couldn’t find the solution i was looking for though. I did however learn how to bulk edit existing products and change the custom template to all existing products.
I would still like to know is it possible to make the custom template a default for all new products.

I want the “requires-contact” product template to be the default template, so that i don’t have to manually select it every single time i create a new product.
The most probable approach would be, creating a custom template file and copy the codes from the default product.json then paste them there for backup. Then replace the product.json’s code with your custom product template code.
That way, your custom template code will live inside the default product template, therefore enabling all future products to have your custom template as default product template.

Hi,can u help me i have 2template products,one is default other is custom, i want use second template as main, but when i go to product setting drop down option is greyed out, i dont know what to do.
