How to display product tags on order page in admin?

How can I display the tags associated with a product in the order page in my admin? I tag products with their location within my garage for easy picking, but I haven’t figured out how to display that information from within the order details page on my end. Any help would be apprieted.

Note: I cannot add the item location to my SKU due to how

Hello Rcmadiax.

Its nice being able to get your store’s solution.

Kindly follow these steps.

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Products, Transfers, Customers, Blog posts, or Draft Orders.
  2. Check the product, transfer, customer, blog post, or draft order you want to tag.
  3. Click Add tags or Remove tags.
  4. Click the tags that you want to add or remove.
  5. Click Save.

Have you figured out a solution to tagging products so that it will display on the order page? I am also hoping to tag products with location info to make it easier to fulfill orders.

Hey @rcmadiax , you must use a separate Shopify flow or app to do this. We prefer the options available in this inexpensive, yet reliable app - Order Automator (https://apps.shopify.com/order-automator). With this, we will add order tags when they purchase a product with a certain tag. You can add line item level rules to tag orders, which is fantastic.
