How to enter personal details for Shopify Payments in Portugal?

Hello all,

Finally Shopify Payments has arrived in Portugal!
I have a question regarding the information I should enter in the Payments section>Complete Account Setup>Personal Details>Personal Identity Code (NIF)
The Portuguese NIF has the format 123456789 but what is requested is DDMMYY-123X and I don’t understand what information I have to enter.
Even if what is requested is Civil ID No., it doesn’t have that format.
I’d appreciate the clarification.

Did they mention any information about the expected resolution time?

Problem solved.

I contact them and has Gaxy said, they are solving it (It’s still too recent, so it might have some bugs yet).

Try again, clean cache and cookies if needed.

If the problem persists, contact them via email.
