How to get a full refund from unresponsive online stores?

I bought some items from Ghost Jewels. When the product arrived only one item of the three I purchased was there. I have sent several messages to Ghost Jewels with no response back. I did a complaint on Shopify as I assumed I would and now I’m being told to check back in with the store that will not return my messages. I’d like a full refund of my money. I no longer want the items promised as I’m tired of dealing with the mess. This is the third Shopify store I’ve been burned from like this. I will no longer deal with anyone using Shopify because I can’t seem to get anywhere and I can’t get refunds for non delivery of items purchased. Someone please assist me with this!!
