How to Get Google Ads to think Variants are separate products?

Does anyone know how might I get Google Merchant Center to tell Google Ads, that a specific product that has variants based on color and quantity, to be shown to Google as if I have multiple products based on Color? This way when my products show up in Google Shopping it doesn’t pick one variant to show, but shows multiple variants in different colors?

Please note that you are required as per Google policy, if the product differs in color, that you list them as a variant product. Not following policies may get you suspended.

However, if you want to take the risk, remove all variant attributes, such as color, material, pattern, age group, gender. And also remove the item group id value.

I also recommend to then create 1 page per product, not have them as an option on a single page.

I only got the idea, after seeing a company. Search KN95 and see Kind KN95’ showing up multiple times.

How can I display the variants in a way that the adds and local products on google show variant name at the beginning of the name? The reason being, right beside me, another store shows the smaller size of the same product for lets say $50, while mine shows $150 for the larger variant but since there is short space and not all text is visible, variant name is not shown and a potential customer would think I am selling the same variant for 3 times the price.
