How to get Live Customer Support for Online Store

One of the things I’ve loved about Shopify was how easy it was to schedule a call with a live support agent. They were also accessible via email.

However, I’ve been trying to reach someone at Shopify, and i’m unable to connect with anyone. When I log into my store (via support.shopify.com) and click to “explore the shopify help center” and then scroll down to “contact shopify support”, I get taken back to my store login page … i’m on this endless loop that ends up becoming increasingly frustrating and annoying.

Considering there is no email support either, I feel very stuck. Is there a solution here that i’m not aware of?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a loop when trying to reach our support lines. This definitely should not be happening - it sounds as though you’re following every step perfectly.

Would you be able to clear your browser of cache and cookies to see if that helps? It would be worthwhile trying incognito mode as well. If you’re not already, please try in Google Chrome to see if you’re able to reach the support lines from there.
