How to give free shipping to specific Customers

how can I give free shipping to specific Customers. I know that I can make a discount of Free Shipping and then give that code to specific customers . But I dont want them to enter the code at checkout.

Is there anything apart from discount that I can use to give Free Shipping and If there isn’t anything then how can I automate this process that my customer wont have to add discount code .

Shopify recently launched Automatic Discounts, not sure if you mean these.

But unfortunately there is no Customer eligibility settings in them

For Free Shipping you can still choose to apply By country (meaning the countries you set up as your delivery areas)

I need something like Automatic Discounts but I also want Customer eligibility.

Is there anything we can do at time of Checkout by using Checkout API or any other API

No that I’m aware of, but I’m not the right person to answer a question like that either.

I know there was some way to push the discount in the cart form, but not sure this is working anymore, besides it looks a bit cumbersome too, something like this: https://community.shopify.com/post/1231435

The app provides a simple rule creator for more complex free shipping scenarios.
In this instance, you could create a rule that offers free shipping based on the customer conditions, such as customer tag, location, order count etc.
