We are about to launch a new product on our eShop that should drag a lot of traffic and simultaneous checkouts.
We want to make sure that our eshop is able to withstand such increase in traffic and checkouts.
Is there a way to prevent any possible crash?

If your site is a Shopify site, then your hosting is Shopify.
Shopify has an exceptionally resilient infrastructure that handles high-traffic events frequently. Shopify can handle a lot of visitors! You can learn more through this thread.
If your Eshop is built from scratch or with another CMS, you should contact your developer team/ website development agency to check this.
