I am working on the e-commerce store and have run into an issue regarding the “in stock” showing. I am wanting to remove the “in stock” that is showing on these products which I have in Pre-Order.

Try this one.
Go to Online store > themes > Costumize > select product page >
And find the inventory status >
Click this one here or even you hover it this pop up will come out and it will give some options if you like to move up or down, double it, invisible or delete it.
Then Save.
If its not working let me know so we can delete by code.
