i have a dropshipping store, and i want to replace the order confirmation email with another email which it tells the customer to wait until i check if the product is available or sold out

You can customize your email notifications by adding a logo or changing the color scheme for all templates at once. You can also edit the content of email or SMS notifications individually.
To customize your order confirmation email, head to your Settings > Notifications > Order Notification:
Notifications sent out from your store are rendered using Liquid, which is Shopify’s simple, easy-to-use programming language. Unless you want to code your HTML email template from scratch, I’d suggest reaching out for help via the community here on our forums, or you can also hire a Shopify Expert to do your customizations for you.
