How to resolve a 'Something went wrong' message when paying for my store subscription?

Hi.

I selected the billing cycle (1-year subscription), added my card, and was about to click the submit button to make payment since my trial would end in 1 day, the screen went to Something went wrong message. I only have 1 day to make the payment. What do I do? Any help from Shopify support is much appreciated.

I’d be glad to help you out with this today. Let’s first rule out any possibility of local errors by having you try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
  • Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
  • Try from a different network connection
