Forgot old bank details for new bank account for payout

To update your Shopify Payments payout bank details you need to enter the bank details for the account you currently have connected. If you’re unsure of these details you can often find them in the following places:
- A Void Cheque: a blank cheque from your bank contains the routing and account numbers.
- Online Banking: account details may typically be viewed online.
- Direct Deposit form or Bank statement: forms are usually available for download.
- Contact Bank: call/chat with your bank to clarify current or old account details.
