Thanks for your post. As noted in the screenshot you provided, you’ll need to deactivate Shopify Payments in order to change your country. You can do so by following these steps:

  1. In your Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Payments.
  2. Click Manage in the Shopify Payments section.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Deactivate Shopify Payments button.

Once you do that you’ll be able to adjust the country in your store settings. Since Shopify Payments isn’t currently available in Pakistan, you’ll want to choose a payment gatewat from this list!
