How to set up a 'Buy 2 Get 1 at % off' discount?

Dear All,

I am trying to create a discount so that i can have a scenario where buying 2 will trigger a percentage off discount for the cheaper item.

For Example -

If a customer buy 2 products -

Product A - 200

Product B - 100

they get a discount on Product B at 50% off thus their cart value will be $250 instead of $300 that they would originally pay.

Appreciate the help in advance.
