How to verify new ownership for payment setup?

I recently got ownership and its still asking for verification from previous owner to get payments and i dont know what to do?

If you recently acquired ownership of a Shopify store and the Shopify Payments account is still associated with the previous owner, then you will need to contact our support team so that we can assist with getting the details changed. It is not possible to change the Shopify Payments representative information from within your Shopify admin - so we will need to take a closer look.

It’s important to note that Shopify Payments is only available in certain countries, so if you are not in the same region as the previous owner, make sure to check if it is available in your country before attempting to set it up. Additionally, if you are unable to use Shopify Payments, there are other third-party payment gateways available that you can use to process payments on your store.
