How to view all transaction fees for 2022

I would like view all transaction fees from my 2022 sales. How do I find this information? The method described when someone asked this question last year is not working for me.

Thank you for your question. There are a few ways to go about this depending on what information you need. If you’d like to see the fees associated with each transaction on your store, and if you’re using Shopify Payments, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Shopify admin
  2. Navigate to Finances > Payouts
  3. Select Transactions in the top right corner
  4. Choose your required date range and click Export

If you’d like to see the fees you’ve been charged for from a billing perspective, you can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Finances > Billing
  2. Scroll down to the Recent bills section and select View all billing history
  3. Add a filter for Date > On or after 2022-01-01
  4. Click Export CSV file

Hi there. Trying to run a report like the first option above but cannot find the finance > payouts option any longer? Has this updated/changed?

Are these still the steps we need to follow to run a report of the total transactions fees paid across all orders for a period using shopify payments? Or can you please advise another way.

  1. Log into your Shopify admin

  2. Navigate to Finances > Payouts

  3. Select Transactions in the top right corner

  4. Choose your required date range and click Export

Hi, @ShereeM !

The finances section is in early access for merchants in the United States. If you don’t see a “Finances” section in your admin, you can access the report by following these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments > View payouts.

  2. Click View Transactions.

  3. Click Export.

  4. Select the range of transactions you want to export and the type of CSV file, then click Export balance transactions.
