How to view Customer Journey (products each customer viewed, added to basket etc)?

Hi,

I am looking for an App which will help to view Customer Journey like the products customer viewed, products customer added to basket etc. This will help me to have an understanding of what customers need.

I was wondering whether there is any good App or any other option to customer journey on Shopify.
