This was resoved last week. Be patient and keep raising it with their
support team.
I am also having this issue. No payouts since June 2024 and I have been asking for updates every couple days since 09/09/2024. Still no resolution and no one will give me an update. “It has been escalated. Please wait for the specialist team to contact you.”
