I am unable to log a shopify support ticket?

  • Share a screenshot or video example of the steps.
  • Is there an error message that appears?
  • Are you having trouble locating the Help Center Assistant via the Shopify Help Center?

The more information you’re able to share, the quicker our team can assist you with this to ensure you’re receiving the proper support. Additionally, if you have any non-account-specific questions you’d like answered, you’re more than welcome to share them in our thread via the Shopify Community.

Creating a support ticket through the Help Center is geared toward questions that require account authentication, whereas through the community we are unable to access accounts but are equipped to answer general questions.

I have been in the queue for a Support Advisor for over 2 hours. There is no option to create a trouble ticket. The email support address no longer works. The phone support no longer works. How do you expect your customers to get in contact with you?

Today, Shopify experienced technical issues affecting our support channel. Our developers have since investigated and resolved the issue. You should now be able to navigate to the Shopify Help Center and chat with the Help Center Assistant to connect with a Support Advisor.
