I did all the necessary steps to get approved as a seller and have my products displayed on Tik Tok, all good.
Then I went to Shopify and did all the necessary steps to add the Tik Tok channel, all good until I went to scan the QR code to link my Shopify with my Tik Tok because it says that I already have a Shop in Tik Tok!
I need help, I need to keep that Tik Tok account and link it to my Shopify because there is about 1200 proudcts that I do not want to load manually. Help!

I understand that you’ve already set up your seller account on TikTok and are in the process of adding your shop to the TikTok Sales Channel in Shopify. You mentioned that the issue stems from a TikTok account already being connected, and this account will need to be connected due to the amount of products in it.
I would like to advise that you can only connect one TikTok for Business account to the channel. This means that the two accounts you mentioned are not able to be connected at the same time. This information is also outlined in TikTok App on Shopify FAQs page. While I understand this is not the answer you’re looking for, I’ll be sure to pass along your feedback to our development team for review.
