basic plan allow me to add 2 staff members why it is not working ?

The Shopify Basic subscription plan does not support adding staff accounts. If you would like to have staff accounts, you will need to select a plan that has the ability to add staff members. You can upgrade to a higher plan such as Shopify, Advanced Shopify, or Shopify Plus.

Shopify removed this and hence force their customers to Significantly Upgrade from a basic $39 a month plan to $105 a month plan. I discovered this while I was adding a new store and planning to add at least a dozen new Shopify stores and noticed the ability to add up to two staff members was Gone, Removed from the basic plan.
