I create a discount that cannot be combined, but on checkout page is still combined

So I create an automatic product discount, and I already set that this is cannot be combined with another discount Then when a user adds a discount voucher to the checkout page, those products with an automatic discount also get discounted by the voucher. This is not supposed to be happening

Is there anything wrong in my setup?

It may be the case that items in cart are qualifying for other discount code as well and when cart quality that discount is applied.
You can try creating discount code that doesn’t conflict with other discounts.
Also, you can use discount app that applies best match discount

I have a similar problem but it is with customers who are subscribers through Seal Subscriptions. Customers are using an additional discount code when “subscribe” should be a discount code that cannot be combined. Any ideas?
