Just last month I was trying to start my shopify store and I thought that it was just $1 per month, I did not know that after 30 days I will be charged $426.93. How do I cancel the payment plan and would I still have to pay last months billing?
To cancel your Shopify plan, go to your admin, navigate to “Settings” > “Plan,” and choose “Deactivate store.” Shopify doesn’t offer refunds for past charges, so the previous month’s billing likely can’t be refunded, but you can cancel to avoid future charges. Make sure to export any important data before deactivating.
