I got a notice yesterday from one of my competitors that we use their trademarked name (they are only trademarked in 1 country in the world, FAR away from us) of a product that we have been selling for years. I cannot even access my store as long as that company/person is not replying to my part of the argument.
How can I get access to my website again?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re dealing with a copyright infringement notice. These cases are handled by a specialized team, and they will follow up with you via email as soon as there is an update. In the meantime, our general support team will not have any insight into the case as we do not have access to those tickets.
Regarding the error message in the theme editor, does it appear if you try any other browser or device? I can see that you’re using one of the supported browsers, but it needs to be updated. Let me know if the issue persists after updating Google Chrome.
