Why can't I access my Shopify admin panel after a trademark notice?

There were some trademark Notice received from one of your customer on our website.
we Apologized for the same on mail and received an e mail for reopeaning my shopify panel.
But still there is no any clue to open it back or i cant open my shopify back
Please help me our regarding this
