I bought a hoodie i saw from a tiktok and it seemed legit it cost 30€ and it has been 15+ days and the site is banned/deleted and i cant get the order link because the site has been banned/deleted i tried contacting the site owner 2 times and hasn’t said anything back

I’m sorry to hear about this situation and that you haven’t been able to resolve this order with the merchant you purchased from. If you are unable to contact the store for further help we recommend reporting the charge to your bank or card provider. They have policies in place that will help you get your money returned.
