Refund and store not answering and freaking I've been scammed

I ordered well I thought was a scooter but actually ordered a t-shirt 129 I’ve been ghosted no one from store has contacted me except to say wait ten working days it’s gone past that now

Shopify states waiting 30 days I’m angry I’m in need of money not tshirt that’s 129

Can you share a link to the store you got scammed ?

and choose issue with the order or fraud.

There are a lot of scams these days, and it is hard to see red flags sometimes.

For a refund, do not expect anything from Shopify and only, but very small chance is directly contacting your bank.

I’m stupid , I can’t even report the store as I don’t know how I’m stressed as I’ll now not get the money back

Support told me to wait longer before reporting that doesn’t get my money I need to eat

You should have got some order notification, so email or some message. Plus you mentioned you sent email to store so you can maybe get the store link from there. It would be useful so that they do not scam more people.

And this might sound tough, but do not be like that, " I need to eat". If you did not have money to eat, you would not go online and buy a scooter. So man up, learn from this, and move on.
