This week I made over $900 completely selling out. I have my payouts set as weekly on Mondays and im supposed to get mine 7/29. In the payout section of the app, my Balance shows all the money I made but the Next Payout shows $0 why is this? I paid the bill that they charged but it was only around $200 from shipping labels. So why is my money being held? I am still pretty new to shopify so I dont know if theres an obvious thing i am missing but I am just worried because this is the most I have made in only a few days. By the way, The money was made Sunday, Monday, Tuesday of this week.

Since this is a payout issue, it would be best to reach out directly to Shopify support team so, they can further check your payouts status and give you further details. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
Same issue, and the support is useless
