So i keep getting this error when i try and place a order in my store(with testmode turned off)
“This store can’t accept payments right now.”
When i placed an order with testmode turned ON, it worked. But then when i turn testorder OFF, i get this message.
I have a payed plan.
When i have testmode turned off i can chose a product in my store->add it to chart-> fill in my personal details(email, adress etc)->chose shipment. But then when i click chose payment options, thats when the “This store can’t accept payments right now.” shows up
Please anyone help? I have already set up the ads for my store because i thought everything was working fine since the testorders worked.

If you’re using Shopify Payments, you should ensure that you have completed all the steps to set up your Shopify Payments account, which could include uploading business documents or information. You can see whether you are missing any steps by navigating to your Shopify Admin and clicking Settings > Payments.
I would also recommend checking your Shopify admin homepage to see if there’s any notices regarding your Shopify Payments account being on hold.
