Seller’s account is locked and Shopify has sent her an email stating they clearly are not reactivating the account.
I never received an email confirmation for the order but I have an order number.
the seller has been trying to help with a refund with no success
I have provided documentation - screenshots from the seller showing she can’t issues a refund with zero access
I cannot escalate without a link, which we are asking for assistance from Shopify
they are avoiding me at every turn.
we all work hard these days, more than ever and to hold almost 7k of my monry money is incredibly unacceptable…
the seller has stated she’s not sending the merchandise due to no access to her funds.
shopify saying to call my Bank, I find this to be another unacceptable means of correcting the issues.
sellers other client had to do a charge back with a Amex - what about folks like myself that didn’t use this method?
Now she the seller has a charge back within this 130 days and I still have 7k out there with zero communication.
Why aren’t you Shopify allowing the buyers to request refund via customer advisor?
isn’t that a smarter position vers holding money for an extended amount of time and no proper communication
