I bought a domain few minutes ago, I was charged on my credit card and got confirmation on my email. The problem is that when I connect my domain, it says the domain is available for purchase as if I haven’t bought it yet. I’m scared to hit buy domain, in case I get charged twice. Please help!

If so, I’d encourage you to connect with us directly for further investigation. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, as we wouldn’t have access to any account details here through the Community. They will be able to take a closer look to ensure the domain was successfully purchased.
