I purchased some items from a shop and he took my money and not sent me the items, I try to get in contact with the store owner and no response in 2 months time.

Is it a scam or the store owner unaccessible to give me a response.

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, if you are unable to get in touch with the business that you have made a purchase from. It would be best to speak with your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase) and bring this to their attention. They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online purchase you did not receive.
