I was scammed 5 years ago and have made multiple attempts to reach out to the owner

5 years ago I had purchased roughly $90 worth of items, the store was based in the US and I am based in the UK, I expected shipping to take some time, and I had waited roughly a year and forgot about the order, I recently (a few days ago) reached out to the owner of the store IDestroyedTheYouth, and the owner blocked me on all platforms and has not fulfilled my order, he is a known scammer, multiple people have posted on Reddit about him but Shopify let him keep his shop open, I have an order confirmation email but do not have a “View Order” link on the EMail, I’m not exactly sure what I can do but Shopify has let the o

Typically we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider when you’re unable to resolve an order issue with a store, though I’m not sure if they will be able to help since it has been so long. It may be worth contacting your bank or payment provider anyways if you haven’t already.

It sounds like you had been trying to submit a report to Shopify, but weren’t able to since the order confirmation URL is missing. What happens when you click on “Shipping info” or “Payment info” in the email?
