Why am I being billed by Shopify after closing all my stores?

I have been billed continuously for 5 months 29.99 each month, I have closed down all stores, searched all the billings and there is no single account nor record of me being billed in the last 5 months except for a 9.00 bill which was added on top of the other bill. I have lost money as I am unable to access my accounts due to closing them, it is neither an app for in my bank details it is stating that SHOPIFY is charging me the bill without highlighting on this account and I am neither able to contact any of the support team as they have shut down their emails to any support nor is there a phone number.

If there is no response within the next billing cycle from the admin team to see what has happened then i will seek legal action as it is highly extortive to be billed unknowingly without mention as well as being unable to access the closed stores to see what is billing me if not Shopify which I have no money for, please respond.
