I want the chat to open when I click the button

Hello,
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who will help me.
I have two problems.

  1. I have a new theme. I made a page in this theme. To design people’s carpets according to their homes. I want the chat to open when we press ‘GET STARTED’ as shown in the picture below. In fact, I would be happy if Design Support in Shopify Live Chat would directly click and direct you to the question section.

  1. Shopify Chat size is too big. It would be great if it was approximately like the website below. I also want it to say ‘Chat with us’ instead of live Chat. Small and narrow long.Mobile structure is also very important.

Please try to add this code at the bottom of of your theme.liquid file before tag in Online store > Themes > Edit code

Recommend you added # in button link of that button

I’ll try this but #can you #chat not like this?
And one last question, can Design Support in the chat automatically click on the link when you click on it directly? So that page should open directly.
