The Shopify Starter plan is only available for new merchants. The Shopify Starter plan costs just €5 EUR per month, and transaction fees are only 5% when you use Shopify Payments. You can learn more about that here. If you’d like to be on the Starter plan, you will need to start a new account at shopify.com. Start a free trial and enjoy 3 months of Shopify for €1/month on select plans.
However, as we cannot look into account specifics via the Community for privacy and security reasons, it’s best to get in touch with our Support team to check all the possible options available for you. I invite you to reach out to our Contact Us page and inquire about this option. Once you log in, select the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. Since the beginning of the business, having tested the trial for a few days, I only had the option of subscribing to the basic plan as minimum, and that’s what I did.
However, I haven’t had any clients or purchases made, and I have to start managing the investment. Given that I still don’t have the business working as I would like, is it possible for us to move to the lowest level (starter)? Paying the amount for the basic plan, without receiving a financial return, is difficult to maintain. Thanks
