I was charged Rs 2596 (extra) after I de-activated my shopify store.

Hello Shopify,

I am a student (16 years, India). I signed up for the 3 month Shopify at 75 Rs. per month plan to experiment with dropshipping. After the 3 months, I de-activated my store on the 28th of October in the evening.

But sadly, I have been billed an extra 2596 Rs, presumably for this “extra month”. I would please like a refund and would request you to look into this matter. I already deactivated the store and still got charged.

Could you please help me here?

Thank you for getting in touch about this. I would recommend getting in touch with our support team via live chat or email, as they will be able to authenticate you on your account and review your subscription and charges. This is not something I am able to do for you via the Community. Once they have accessed your account they can ensure that it is closed and look into potentially providing you with a refund.
