I was charged USD 312 for nothing by Shopify and no one is responding on Email neither the support staff can do much about it its been 5 days since i am following up and all they say is that we will check and update
what is this theft going on?

As I mentioned, if your ticket was escalated to our specialized support team, it is in the queue and you will hear back from them as soon as possible.
