Hello, I would like that when a customer buys a gift card in my shop, this gift card is not automatically processed; to do this I have also tried setting up a flow with shopify flow (of which I leave below an example of what it looks like), it does not work but I do not understand why.
Am I doing something wrong in the flow ? Does it work differently from what I had in mind ? Do you have solutions for this ?

You might want to use the order created trigger. What are you seeing in the logs when orders are placed for a gift card?

thanks for your reply, but even setting order created nothing happens, I had already tried .
These are the logs I have of the order , as if it doesn’t care about the rule .
I’ve also tried applying a tag as the last action to see if the isgift condition works and it does and in the case it applies the tag but it’s just the hold fulfilment order action that doesn’t get triggered…
(all actions performed by the logs were done automatically by shopify)

That’s the order timeline, but you’d want to look in flow at the run logs.

it tells me that actually everything has been executed but I see the order immediately in fulfilled being a gift card

Hmm if it was already fulfilled prior to this running then the hold would probably not do anything. Bit hard to read the non english content there.
