I'm not able to connect my facebook account with shopify

Whenever i’m trying to integrate my Facebook account with Shopify i’m getting this error which says

This Facebook account is not eligible for setup

We don’t offer shop or catalog setup in your region.

I tried uninstalling the FACEBOOK tried in incognito mode and different browsers still not able to solve the issue.
Please help me with the solution
